Taxi arrived 10 minutes early as always seems to be the case with Coquitlam Taxi these days.
It was a pleasure to see Bruce as our driver again. He is always so charming and helpful and can put that coach into places that I would swear were too small.
Tsa-kwa-luten Lodge was as good as I remembered. Everyone loved it.
As far as meals go, Pebbles Restaurant in Sechelt is one of my favorites. Their food is always fresh and homemade. The Lund Hotel dinner was good and the halibut a big favorite with everyone. The breakfast was also good but the onions and red peppers in the frittata did not suit many in this age group.
Finally, I would like to have an absolute rave. Ted and Joannie on the Agate Pass boat were the best we could have had. They went out of their way to make us all feel at home. The lunch was the best we had all trip – freshly caught prawns and salad from their own garden. It was all served to us on special trays made up individually. I have no idea about the other boat but certainly ours could not have been any better!
