All tour prices are in Canadian Funds. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per person (some exceptions apply) is required when booking plus the Peace of Mind Plan fee (if purchasing). Call 604-542-5566 or toll free 1-877-277-5577 to register.
Early Payment Discount
A 5% discount applies when full payment is received 75 days in advance of the tour departure date. (Discount based on tour cost before GST) Full payment is due not less than 45 days prior to departure. (some tours are excluded)
Ageless Adventure’s Peace of Mind Plan
Ageless Adventure’s Peace of Mind Plan guarantees a full refund on all trip payments in the event of a cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours before the trip. This excludes the cost of the plan fee itself. During the course of a trip, if a passenger has to return home due to illness or a death in the immediate family, the plan fee guarantees a refund on any unused portion of the tour.
Payment of the Peace of Mind Plan fee must accompany the initial deposit or full payment which ever comes first. The plan fee is non-transferable.
The plan fee does not cover the cost of the increase in rates from a twin/double booking to a single booking and/or a triple to a twin, if the travelling companion cancels for any reason.
The plan fee does not include medical or baggage insurance. Refunds will be made within 30 days after the date of cancellation. This coverage is available for any Ageless Adventure product, however some tour exceptions may apply, ask your Ageless Adventure tour agent.

The Peace of Mind Plan is available only for tours operated by Ageless Adventure Tours. (some tour exceptions apply)
Ageless Adventure Tours is not responsible for any acts of omission or wrong or misleading information provided by any seniors centre, travel club or outside agents, other than acts or omissions of Ageless Adventure Tours, a division of Mandate Tours & Transportation Inc.
Cancellation Penalties
If the Ageless Adventures Peace of Mind Plan is not purchased and you must cancel for any reason prior to the tour departure, the cancellation penalty will be as follows (some exceptions apply):
1) $100 deposit non-refundable
2) Medical reason (Doctors letter required): Up to and including 30 days prior to departure: 10% of tour cost or $100.00, whichever is greater.
3) Any other reason: Up to and including 30 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost.
4) 29 or fewer days prior to departure: No refund given.
5) If a tour participant withdraws from the tour for any reason the unused portion is not refundable.
The following 2024 Tours have specific cancellation penalties:
St. Lawrence Seaway:
- 75 days or more prior to departure: $200 is non-refundable
- 74 – 46 days prior to departure: 25% of the tour cost is non-refundable
- 45 – 16 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost is non-refundable
- 15 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable
Incredible Iceland:
- 90 days or more prior to departure: $100 is non-refundable
- 89 – 59 days prior to departure: 20% of tour cost is non-refundable
- 58 – 31 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost is non-refundable
- 30 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable
Grizzly Bears of Toba Inlet:
- 75 days or more prior to departure: $100 is non-refundable
- 74 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable
Rome, Umbria, & Tuscany:
- $100 deposit is non-refundable
- 90 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable
Rocky Mountaineer Rockies to Red Rocks:
- $200 is non-refundable
- 60 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable

Baggage
Includes handling of one large suitcase per person. A carrying case may be brought onboard the coach and is the passenger’s responsibility.
Travelling in the U.S
A valid Passport or Nexus card is required when travelling to the United States by air. An Enhanced Driver’s License may be used when travelling by land or sea, but please remember that you may be required to return by air in the event of an emergency.
Pick-up Points
Our Door to Door Service within the lower mainland includes: North and West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, White Rock, Pitt Meadows, Langley City, Fort Langley, Walnut Grove, Aldergrove, and Abbotsford. All other areas may be subject to additional charges. Please call (877) 277-5577 to discuss pick-up and drop-off options.
Gratuities
Tipping has become an accepted custom wherever one travels. Please note that Ageless Adventure Tours has looked after gratuities for all included meals, taxi drivers, small coach drivers, train / boat staff and step-on guides. Tokens of appreciation to the tour guide and coach driver are customary but not obligatory and if desired should be made on a personal and voluntary basis only, not as a group. Suggested gratuity: tour guide $8 per person per day, coach driver $6 per person per day.
Exchange rate
The US exchange rate is a volatile rate and therefore should the exchange rate increase by 10 points the change would be reflected in a surcharge. The surcharge will not apply to tours that are paid in full.
Ageless Adventure Tours reserves the right, with or without notice, to make any changes in hotel, transportation, accommodation, meals and tour schedules. Tour prices are subject to change without notice.
