Early Payment Discount

A 5% discount applies when full payment is received 75 days in advance of the tour departure date. (Discount based on tour cost before GST) Full payment is due not less than 45 days prior to departure. (some tours are excluded)

Ageless Adventure’s Peace of Mind Plan

As many of our customers know we offer an amazing cancellation protection plan.
Ageless Adventure’s Peace of Mind Plan guarantees a full refund on all trip payments in the event of a cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours before the trip.  This excludes the cost of the plan fee itself. During the course of a trip, if a passenger has to return home due to illness or a death in the immediate family, the plan fee guarantees a refund on any unused portion of the tour.
The plan fee does not cover the cost of the increase in rates from a twin/double booking to a single booking and/or a triple to a twin, if the travelling companion cancels for any reason.
The plan fee does not include medical or baggage insurance. Refunds will be made within 30 days after the date of cancellation. This coverage is available for any Ageless Adventure product, however some tour exceptions may apply, ask your Ageless Adventure tour agent.
Payment of the Peace of Mind Plan fee must accompany the initial deposit or full payment which ever comes first. The plan fee is non-transferable.

The Peace of Mind Plan is available only for tours operated by Ageless Adventure Tours. (some tour exceptions apply)
Ageless Adventure Tours is not responsible for any acts of omission or wrong or misleading information provided by any seniors centre, travel club or outside agents, other than acts or omissions of Ageless Adventure Tours, a division of Mandate Tours & Transportation Inc.

Cancellation Penalties

If the Ageless Adventures Peace of Mind Plan is not purchased and you must cancel for any reason prior to the tour departure, the cancellation penalty will be as follows (some exceptions apply):

1) $100 deposit non-refundable
2) 74 – 46 days or less prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
3) 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
4) If a tour participant withdraws from the tour for any reason the unused portion is not refundable.

The following 2025 Tours have specific cancellation penalties:

St. Lawrence Seaway & Thousand Islands Cruise:

  1.   $200 deposit is non-refundable
  2.   74 – 46  days prior to departure: 25% of the tour cost is non-refundable
  3.   45 – 16  days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost is non-refundable
  4.   15  days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable

Croatia & Portugal:

  1.   $100 deposit is non-refundable
  2.   90 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable

Pick-up Points

Our Door to Door Service within the lower mainland includes: North and West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, White Rock, Pitt Meadows, Langley City, Fort Langley, Walnut Grove, Aldergrove, and Abbotsford. All other areas may be subject to additional charges. But rest assured we will work with you to get you where you need to go no matter where you are. Baggage

Includes handling of one large suitcase per person. A carrying case may be brought onboard the coach and is the passenger’s responsibility.

Stay ‘n’ Play Tours

Our Stay ‘n’ Play Tours are designed for travelers who want to unwind and enjoy a slower pace. These overnight tours feature multiple consecutive nights at a single hotel, allowing you to unpack once and truly relax for the duration of your vacation.
Each hotel, resort, or lodge is carefully selected to meet our high standards — a minimum 3½-star rating, a central location, and amenities such as a pool, hot tub, or sauna. Whenever possible, accommodations include stunning ocean or lake views.

Included Sightseeing

Every Stay ‘n’ Play Tour includes at least two guided sightseeing experiences, giving you the chance to explore the highlights of your destination without feeling rushed.

Social Activities & Optional Excursions

During your free time, there’s always something fun to do. Choose from cultural experiences, soft adventure activities, welcome receptions, or wine and cheese gatherings — there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Travelling in the U.S

A valid Passport or Nexus card is required when travelling to the United States by air. An Enhanced Driver’s License may be used when travelling by land or sea, but please remember that you may be required to return by air in the event of an emergency.

Gratuities

Tipping has become an accepted custom wherever one travels. Please note that Ageless Adventure Tours has looked after gratuities for all included meals, taxi drivers, small coach drivers, train / boat staff and step-on guides. Tokens of appreciation to the tour guide and coach driver are customary but not obligatory and if desired should be made on a personal and voluntary basis only, not as a group. Suggested gratuity: tour guide $8 per person per day, coach driver $5 per person per day.

Exchange rate

The US exchange rate is a volatile rate and therefore should the exchange rate increase by 10 points the change would be reflected in a surcharge. The surcharge will not apply to tours that are paid in full.

Tour Interruption

Responsibility is not accepted for loss, cost for expenses due to: sickness, lack of appropriate medical facilities or practitioners, weather, strikes, theft or other criminal acts, computer problems, acts of God, dangers incident to sea, fire, acts of government or other authorities, war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, riots, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, other disease, climatic aberrations or other such causes beyond Ageless Adventure Tours / Mandate Tours & Transportation Inc.’s control. Additional tour costs associated with the above mentioned situations will be borne by the tour participant.

Ageless Adventure Tours reserves the right, with or without notice, to make any changes in hotel, transportation, accommodation, meals and tour schedules. Tour prices are subject to change without notice.
