Gaetane’s enthusiasm for local products is contagious and she is delighted to share some of her favourites with you. Learn some “trade secrets” that you can try at home. Sit back and relax. Gaetane entertains you with local history and stories. Chocolate making, coffee roasters, a distillery that uses honey in its recipes, are some of the experiences. Lunch is prepared by renowned Chef Ronald St. Pierre. Tastings at every stop. Enjoy a cooking class and a meal paired with wines from the Blue Moon Winery presented by the winemaker himself.
